ABOUT
CICERO CONSTRUCTION

MISSION & HISTORY.

Cicero Construction Group is an established General Contractor that specializes in commercial renovation projects and works across the United States.

Founded more than five decades ago by Sam Cicero, Sr. as Cicero's Development Corp., Cicero Construction today remains a family-owned business of renovation professionals now in its third generation. Like his father, president Sam Cicero, Jr. has assembled, grown and developed a wide array of talented professionals, key systems and core set values that are embedded deep into the corporate philosophy. These same core values have allowed the company to successfully grow into one that now serves every sector of CRE across the country. Cicero Construction has worked with large corporations, small businesses, and every well-known national brand from Starbucks to Sheraton, from Hilton to HotWorx.

Cicero Construction is made up of professionals that are innovative and think outside the box. They are all solution-driven and possess decades of experience in design-build, construction, project management, estimating, and supply management. Employees make it a priority to stay informed on current industry trends and practices, as well as take the necessary time to share this knowledge with fellow team members and business partners.

By utilizing a “Best Value Approach” for each and every project, Cicero Construction helps clients achieve increased profitability. It is one of the reasons that Cicero Construction has become an industry leader in the commercial renovations industry.

One Great Company. Three Generations.
