Cicero Construction renovated Horizon Science Academy in Chicago's McKinley Park neighborhood. The project included drywall and framing of a large, new office space; demolition and replacement of existing flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and vinyl cove base; updating the building’s lighting, electrical, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems; installing new acoustic tiling on the ceilings of both the library and office; and brightening the new spaces with fresh paint to give students an innovative learning environment to better collaborate and study.
