The three-floor renovation of the Holiday Inn Express in Green Bay, Wisconsin followed IHG’s brand design standards, known as Formula Blue 2.0. The design scheme uses contemporary elements, from the open check-in area that enhances interaction with hotel staff, to large headboards in guest rooms featuring integrated power while minimizing noise transfer between rooms. The renovation included the hotel's 80 guest rooms, the lobby area with registration desk, the business center, the Express Shop market, the indoor pool and spa, the breakfast bar and the fitness center.
