The renovation of Dawn, a southern-inspired brunch restaurant located in Chicago's historic Hyde Park, gave the space a revamped layout including a new commercial-grade kitchen, along with expansion of the dining room and bar area. As part of the project's scope of work, new drywall, finishes, masonry, flooring and woodwork were installed, and the MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) systems were upgraded to modern standards.
