COMMERCIAL PAINTERS
Applicants should have mixing and painting experience, and be able to apply wallpaper and finishes. In addition to painting interior and exteriors of commercial buildings, you may also be asked to assist with power washing and sandblasting surfaces. Should understand painting techniques, be familiar with cleaning and maintaining equipment, and able to repair drywall.
UTILITY CARPENTERS
Applicants should have experience on commercial projects building, adjusting and repairing wooden structures. Should be able to read blueprints and drawings, take accurate measurements, and cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials. Should understand carpentry techniques, electrical and manual tools and equipment, and methods of installation and construction.
