Cicero Construction collaborated with Chicago-based architectural/interior/ADA design and project management firm Zimmerman Weintraub Associates LLC, in the multi-million dollar renovation of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Bedford Park, IL, located just blocks away from Chicago's Midway Airport. The project was scheduled for fast-track completion with the hotel receiving an upgrade that extended throughout its reception area, lobby, and public spaces and into 114 guest rooms. Notably, the design included the signature “smart” room decor package that welcomes guests into a comfortable, productive and restful environment, according to Marriott International.
